Placing Your Order
Orders can be processed directly though this web site. You will find everything displayed by category or can search for something in particular using our search site facility. If you need asistance you can call our Customer Services Department on 0203 0023 658. We are available to take your call Monday to Friday from 9am - 6pm (voicemail after hours).

BriteBabies Ltd accepts all major Credit and Debit cards. We also accept payment by Cheque, however goods will not be despatched until all cheques have cleared. Gift Wrapping
We offer a gift wrapping service. The cost of this service is £4.50. A giftcard will also be included for a personal message. Some items, due to their size, will not be available for this service. Where applicable, this is clearly indicated next to the product.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We sincerely hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If however any item does not meet your expectations, please return it in perfect condition with original packaging within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Your refund will be in the form of a cheque. We regret that postage, packaging and insurance are direct costs and will not be refunded unless goods are faulty.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels and strongly recommend that you obtain suitable proof of posting when returning goods. You may cancel your order at any time before goods are shipped. These terms & conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.

All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, should an item be out of stock there may be short delays in delivery and we will notify you immediately.

BriteBabies Ltd will have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods which you have ordered or any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems, failures or sub-contactor transport or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
